1. How long does order processing take?
Once your order is confirmed, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before it ships. We strive to fulfill orders quickly and appreciate your patience during this time.
2. What are the shipping times?
Shipping times depend on your location and the location of our warehouses. Since we collaborate with global merchants and artisans from the U.S., Canada, Thailand, China, and other regions, delivery may take between 2 to 5 weeks. Please note that expedited shipping options are unavailable, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking information to stay updated on your package’s status.
4. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Kalara is not liable for loss, extra fees, or damage to items once they are with the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
5. How do I request a return?
To return an item, email contact@kalarastore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the name and email used during the purchase, along with your order number.

6. What is the refund process?
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, a full refund will be processed. If the item is damaged or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
7. What qualifies for a refund?
For most items, to receive a full refund your item must:
(a) Be in its original packaging; and
(b) Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

8. Can I request an exchange?
