1. RETURN REQUEST

For returns, kindly initiate the process by sending an email to contact@kalarastore.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include the name and email used during the purchase, along with the order number.

Important: Some items are non-returnable and/or non-refundable unless damaged. Please check the item's description or refer to sections 6 and 7 of this policy for more information.


2. REFUND PROCESSING

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of its status and the approval or refusal of a full refund.


3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

(a) The item must be in its original packaging; and
(b) It should be unused and in the same condition as received.

If the item does not meet these conditions, such as being in a non-original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error, a partial refund will be issued.

4. EXCHANGE REQUESTS

From a logistical standpoint, processing exchanges poses complexity for us. If you are dissatisfied with your item, we recommend initiating a return within 14 days, subject to the eligibility criteria listed on section 3, for a full refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

5. COUNTERFEIT ITEMS

Kalara Store is committed to providing only authentic products. If you suspect counterfeit or unauthorized items, report it immediately to contact@kalarastore.com.

Items found to be counterfeit or obtained through unauthorized channels are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Kalara Store reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases involving counterfeit claims, including refusing the return or refund request and notifying relevant authorities.


6. DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately at contact@kalarastore.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and any relevant details. We will evaluate the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Important: Damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy. For certain items, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please check the item's description and refer to section 7 for more information.


7. SUPPLIER-SPECIFIC RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Some of our suppliers have their own return and refund policies. Items affected by these policies will have an observation note in their product description.

For these items:

(a) They may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

(b) If you receive a damaged item, you must report it to contact@kalarastore.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the inability to process a refund or replacement.
