2. SHIPPING TIME

Shipping durations are contingent upon the geographical proximity of both your location and our warehouses. Kalara collaborates with global merchants and artisans to ensure competitive pricing and quality products, resulting in shipments from diverse locations such as the United States, Canada, Thailand, China, etc.

Consequently, delivery may span between 2 to 5 weeks. Please note that expedited shipping options are currently unavailable. Rest assured, your order is en route, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please note that changes to a delivery address are not possible once a shipment is processed and we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Upon confirmation of shipment, you will receive a tracking number enabling you to monitor the progress of your package. Kindly utilize the provided tracking information for timely updates on your order's whereabouts.

4. SHIPPING LIABILITY

Please be advised that once carriers assume possession of shipments, we relinquish responsibility for any loss, extra fees or damage incurred thereafter. Should you encounter difficulty locating a package marked as delivered, we recommend reaching out directly to the responsible carrier for assistance.

We are also not responsible for packages shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly at checkout, as we are not able to have them redirected once the shipment has been picked up by the carriers.
